Family White Water Rafting

£35 per person for participants aged 6 years old or over!

Stand Up Paddleboarding Taster

Learn how to Stand Up Paddleboard with our SUP Taster Session, during the 2 hour session our instructors will teach you all the stand up paddle boarding tips you need to get started, including how to prepare for paddle boarding, how to get on a paddleboard, balance exercises for stand up paddle boarding, and of course how to get back on a paddleboard after falling.

Kayaking

Flat Water and White Water Kayaking Sessions available from £12 per person. Different prices and age restrictions apply for different courses!

SUP Yoga

Join us for one of our unique SUP Yoga Sessions at Cardiff International White Water.

During the sessions, you will be guided through an introduction to the paddle boards, a warm up and introduction on how yoga can be transferred onto the water!
